Our center is led by Irena, a certified and experienced yoga teacher, holistic mentor and healer.<\/p>\n

Drawing upon her extensive background in yoga nutrition, feminine practices, dance, movement, bodywork, emotional awareness, and release techniques, Irena leads yoga classes, women\u2019s circles, ceremonies, yoga holidays, retreats, and collaborates with other teachers in teacher trainings.<\/p>\n
